about me

Hi, I’m Andie, a certified fitness and nutrition coach who’s been in the gym since I was a teenager. Outside of coaching, I’m also a busy homeschooling mom of three, which means I understand firsthand why fitness has to fit into your life instead of competing with it.

I’ve learned that progress isn’t a straight line. I’ve had seasons where fitness came naturally and seasons where I had to find my footing again. Through years of trial and error, I discovered that lasting results don’t come from chasing perfection. They come from building realistic habits that work in the real world.

Today, I help women build strength, confidence, and consistency through personalized coaching designed for real life, not just the perfect weeks.

I know how easy it is to believe that one missed workout, one unplanned meal, or one difficult week means you have failed. I also know that shame and restriction rarely create lasting change. My coaching is built around flexibility, education, and realistic expectations. We create a plan that supports you during the busy and imperfect weeks, not just when motivation is high and everything goes according to plan.

I work with women at many different stages of their fitness journey. You may be stepping into the gym for the first time, returning after time away, or feeling stuck despite already having experience. You do not need to be in a certain shape, have everything figured out, or wait until life becomes less busy. We will start with where you are now and build a plan around where you want to go.

My coaching is built on both education and real-world experience. I hold my Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and my Level 1 Nutrition Coaching certification through Precision Nutrition.

Beyond my certifications, I’ve spent years training for competitive bodybuilding and fitness modeling, giving me firsthand experience with everything from building muscle and improving body composition to creating sustainable habits outside of competition. While I’ve learned a great deal through those experiences, my coaching isn’t about expecting you to train like a competitor. It’s about helping you reach your own goals with a plan that’s realistic, personalized, and built to last.
